I think gains can come from just edging alone. Many would disagree with me.

Gains? Are you talking about PE gains such as length and girth? I thought we were talking about increased blood flow.

Gains could come from edging, but it is more likely if it’s done after a PE workout… it keeps your penis at it’s biggest for a long time, allowing the blood to keep your penis stretched to it’s new limit :D


Time to measure girth soon... previously 4.5", been targeting girth for months!

Any kind of stress put on the penis, internal or external, should provide some degree of gain. Whether it be length, girth, or erection quality, a gain is still a gain.

Sorry to go off topic but my original question wasn’t really answered. Does edging, besides the kegeling, permanently increase blood flow to the penis? When I say this I don’t mean during edging, but the day or two after.

I’ve been trying to edge longer and longer, but the problem is that sometimes I get too excited and I end up oozing out a little bit of semen. (I know the difference between precum and semen cuz semen is more milky looking.) Then I get frustrated and just jack off, and the semen does not come out as strong since it seems like I already ozzed out a small portion of it. Have you ever had this issue? Does this make sense? Or does anyone else have this problem?

How do I keep this from happening, though? Am I going too far with the edging?

You’re not going too far, you are actually just starting to get into it at that point. It gets messy but push through that and continue and your body adjusts and realizes it’s not about popping your load as rapidly as possible and reduces the urge to do so leaving you to maintain your erection and reverse kegel for a good while longer.

Yeah, we grow up thinking we have to knock one off so no sees or catches in the act so we develop these bad wanking habits. Bad wanking habits lead to bad sex habits. So in the bedroom with the mrs we are geared to fuck like jack rabbits. Subconsciously we think we have to hurry up so we don’t get caught.
