Today after a particularly long edging session, I stopped myself from cumming almost completely, when I felt like I was “past the point of no return”. After this I had terrible soreness (blue balls) which was there even after I had a long hot shower. What can I do to avoid this happening when I’m with a girl? I can’t go soak my balls halfway through.

Forgot to add that I did it by kegeling. I held tensed myself to the point where I stopped myself from cumming, mostly.

Yeh, that can happen. If you tense the BC at the wrong moment - just a little into the point of no return - some pre-cum (and ejaculate) can come out. The rest of the ejaculate I’ve learned travels back into your urinal system, to be pissed out. If this happens you should piss as soon as possible - and it can sometimes be painful but there is absolutely no lasting damage or any harm as urine dissolves or kills (or whatever) sperm.
