Effective gain

Hello I want to ask all of you that made some gains. How much you success to gaining in NBPEL. In effective gain only from PE. And without diet . And how?

Anybody?

I dont measure NBPEL. Its not effective at all as it varies depending on your fat pad. But when you gain BPEl you will also gain NBPEL.
BPEL much better indicator.

You can gain with the methods presented in the forum.

If you havent done a consistent routine for many months then you should start with the linear newbie routine.
After doing linear routine for 2-4 months you can do more intense work. But you should measure BPEL along the way as NBPEL is hard to follow.

I gained around 0.5’ NBPEL in about 3 months. I was doing the newbie routine. I think what has really worked for me is jelqing.

Me similar to Rrechner. I gained 0,5 in like 4 months and I think jelqing and Ullis is what worked.

I know that NBPEL is not the best method to measure but in the end, NBPEL is the actual penis you can use and what the girls can see. For example I’m very slim and I still can push the ruler 1 inch inside. But this inch is not effective because the ” fat pad” on slim body like I have never disappear even if I don’t eat for 10 days. So I want to see how much effective gain the friend here success to gain, without diet and without push the ruler inside
