ERECT BENDS for curve

ERECT BENDS for curve

Need some help and guidance here, I’ve heard about these and would like to do them primarily for straightening my dick, can anyone point me in the right direction of a veteran of this type of exercise that I can talk to or good pointers so I don’t injure myself? And also a good instructional video would be more than helpful if there is one!

I bend about 20 degrees to the left at 100% max erection, any decrease would be a bonus and that’s really my only focus, and I can keep and maintain 100% erection for a long time if needs be for the exercise.

Thank you

Newbies should not be doing ADVANCED exercises like ERECT BENDS.

Any of the ERECT exercises have potential for injury.

Please stick with lower level erection exercises. Do a manual only newbie routine for at least three months in order to condition your Penis and also figure out how your penis responds to PE.

I suggest the linear newbie, and build up from there:

Linear Newbie Routine

——————-
As to Penis curves, they are normal and kinda cool. They actually provide a feeling of extra “stretch” to a vagina from what I have heard.

So you may want to rethink getting rid of it.

But be that as it may, I had a left curve when I started. (Yes I kinda miss the curve now) It is gone now and my cock is pretty much straight. I credit pumping with straightening it out over time. This is another thunders member who straightened his curve w pumping.

Almost corrected my curve

P.S. no pumps or devices until you have finished a newbie routine. Too easy for a newbie to injure himself with devices.

Thanks for the reply, that dude is saying not to jelq it though, and the noob routines are basically jelqing?

How come they’re advanced, is that just because my dick will respond badly to me trying the bends?

Cheers

On this forum, we warn against fully erect jelqing etc for newbies. Too easy for an inexperienced newbie to injure themselves because they lack knowledge and conditioning.

Shooting8 explains it really well below.

Your dick isn’t conditioned enough to handle routines which involve fully errect exercises. Just like you can’t go to the gym for the first time and squat 400lbs. Jelqing is part of the newbie routine but even then you should be doing wet jelqs for 5 mins and add 2 mins a week until you get to 15 mins (assuming no negative PI’s) once you hit 15 mins stick with that for a few week before working upto 20 min total jelqing per day PE is done and stick with that till you have done the newbie routine for at least 3 months. For the newbie routine jelqing should be done with 70-80% errection, too hard can cause issues/injuries as well as not allowing for the expansion which leads to growth/gains.

How many months or years did you guys no longer classify a “newbie”?

Erect bends are very dangerous even for conditioned penises. It’s my opinion that you should never do them. Especially if you are not conditioned for it and not experienced enough.

Curves are very hard to correct. There are not many people who have completely straightned their curve. Most people’s curves become less prominent just by doing a healthy PE routine though.

Have you tried the newbie routine? It works great to help with the curve and also to see gains. I would stick to the newbie routine for a while. It takes dedication but that’s what PE is about.

Try this. Get a 40-60 percent erection, and do this two hand jelq. With the top hand, tilt the penis against the curve just over the bottom hand. Jelq with the bottom hand into the top hand. Think of putting the second graham cracker on a s’more.

There are normal jelqs you can do to address something like that.

Spend three months or so doing a hands only PE routine.

I would suggest a different approach. Get a pumping tube the same size as your erect girth, maybe a bit smaller. Then pump at low-medium vacuum without being turned on so it doesn’t hurt. By the time you gain 3/8 inch length in both CC’s the difference in their length will be much reduced and most of that curve will be gone. It’s doable in 12 months, maybe 6 if you put in the effort.
