Erect Gains From Manuals Only

I know that this subject has been covered in other threads, and I have read them as well, but I still am left with some questions. I am new to practical PE, but I do have some theoretical knowledge that might be useful, as I work as a biologist and have some experience in the field of collagen formation/fibroblast biochemistry etc. (related to plastic surgery) Let`s just say that I have reason to believe in the effect of PE, based on both what I have read here, and also my previous studies.

Anyway, I have some specific questions related to manuals. Mainly stretching, but also jelqing then;

I read some of the other threads on the subject, and saw that some members reported very decent length gains with manuals only. (in the 0.5-1" range then) However, they did not specify if the gains where SFL or in fact EL. (BP or NBP) I am only interested in erect gains, and to a lesser extent girth. But the data is a bit unclear whether they correlate, and the force used (SFL) seems to matter a lot. https://www.eng .tau.ac.il/~msb … _12_328-333.pdf So I would like to know if anyone can report erect length gains with manuals alone as mentioned?

The other issue might be a bit more difficult to answer. But the question whether gains are maintained if you stop all PE for an extended period of time is not quite settled. You could just continue doing it of course, especially jelq`s. But there is a question of whether you are pulling out more of the inner penis, or actually seeing real growth, or tissue mitosis. There is no doubt that real growth can occur, but you might argue that this happens more with slow and steady tension, (like extender`s) rather then short and more intense manuals. Therefore I wonder if anyone has experienced gains with more intense methods, like 30-45 minute manuals daily for x amount of time, and then have sustained their erect gains after no PE at all for a period longer than 6 months at least?

BTW; I do something like 15-20 minutes of stretching (up, straight out, down) with gradual increase in force every day, and 300 wet jelq strokes 3 times a week. 5 minute warm up and warm down with hot towel as well. I have built up from a bit less than this, and have been at it almost a month now. Haven`t measured yet, but it feels/looks like a have some small gains in length.

Yes to both in my case. Check out my progress log. I’ve only used manuals & basically fell off for 3 years & kept all my girth & all but 1/8th of my BPEL gains.

I might be doing too much looking at your routine, but I try to ease into the stretches also. Sort of emulating the Restorex device.
