that’s really interesting for me because i have been doing for 3 days now a different kind of jelq, with two hands and 50-70% erection level, and after that my penis was really tired and numb. for example, today, i can really feel the effects from yesterday’s workout. it feels sensitive. before that, when i jelqed at 80-100%, it was completely different, it felt alive and ready to go like you describe it.
maybe i should include some kind of edge just to finish the workout at that ‘high’ point where there is blood inside if that’s what helps with healing.
