Hey all,

Just reporting that I measured last night and recorded my first gains of .25” putting me at 7.75” BPEL. My EG has remained at a soled 6”, but I am hoping to improve on that in the coming months. My routine currently consists of 5 minutes of stretching split into two sections, 12-15 minutes of jelqing also split into two sections, and Ulis. I have been adding these things on slowly since I started about 3 months ago and I have decided that I want to add something else that focuses mainly on girth, but I’m not sure what. Any ideas?

Ulis and jelqs are good for girth, so just manipulate in technique and amount of these exercises and You will gain. I think so, because I’m doing similar with minimal gaining (except glans size and veins). Also, try which days works You the best ( 2 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off, etc.).

Hi, are you saying you been jelqing for a wile with no results? What do you mean your glans have got bigger?

Hey thebestone, congradulations with your gain, you are right on pace with the Newbie Routine gains. Continue the gains, but if
the wheel is not broken, don’t change a thing and continue what is of your current success. Right on brother.

Nice job! I hope I am in your shoes in three months! .25 in three months is a nice solid gain!

Got2bHUNG's 4 year insane Goal 1/1/2017: NBPEL: 9" MEG 6.5"

I’ve got some results, but they weren’t good enough. Hmmm, I don’t know my pre-PE glans girth, but in my opinion ( and not only mine ;) ) it got bigger in girth department. It’s harder to retract the skin and it feels bigger, so my opinion is just by sensual feeling.

Believe it or not, I recommend Ulis and jelqs as pleasurable exercises. I believe this would provide to goal for most of us.
