First lig pop

I decided to use side stretches today in my routine. I didn’t feel the usual nice pulling sensation on the ligs.. So I pulled harder (not much harder). I heard a small “pop” noise from the lig. No pain.. But it was definitely weird.

Is this anything I should be worried about? Does this mean that gains will come easier?

Is it okay to continue the to P.E after the lig pop? I just had one a second ago and stopped. Again there was no pain but I defiantly heard and felt the pop. It was like cracking my knuckles except on my dick.

I think lig pops are considered neutral PI… They can be good, they can be bad, they can just be unimportant. The only way to find out is by yourself.

That’s a good description. I continue after them. I don’t consider them either good or bad. If they are accompanied by pain, stop immediately.

I’ve ran across the topic of lig pops a few times, some people even incorporated them in to their routine. From the information I read they really are neutral. I’ve popped my ligs a few times but never on purpose. I’ve never heard anything good from them or bad, so as long as — mentioned above — you don’t feel pain or any negatives I wouldn’t stop after them. I wouldn’t exactly shoot for them either though.

It could be a good thing when taking a girl home.. You’d def look more like a champ you can crack your cock like your knuckles :)

I think that ligament pops are an indicator that you are not PEing enough. I am only stating this because I get them when I take a extended time off and return to PEing. However, if accompanied by any pain; that’s a bad thing.

I had one the other night, which was my first night of PE. I was doing a straight down stretch and felt a little pop but no pain, so I continued. It only happened when I added the second hand for more pressure.


Starting Stats (10.7.08): 7.0 BPEL x 6.0 EG

Goals by 2010: 8.5 BPEL x 6.25, with a NBP of over 8.

Now that I think I’m stretching the correct way I only get them on my right side. I’ve never had a pop on the left side. And I’ve never had a pain associated with the pops so I’m just not going to worry about them.

I get them occassionally during rough intercourse. They usually are followed by negative PI’s.
