First Post: Critique my PE and questions

Hi everyone,

First off I’m a college student so my routine is somewhat sporadic.

Starting Stats before anything (2 months ago)

6.7” NBPEL
7.25” BPEL
5” EG

I started using the X4 labs extender July 29th and have recently begun PE again. I dabbled in jelqing before but nothing really serious. I try to use the extender for 2 hours a day 5 days a week, more if possible. I also do regular jelqing 2 days on 1 day off (read a tutorial here about it) and just (2 days ago) started clamping (very seldom)

As of right now I am

7” NBPEL
7.4” BPEL
5” EG

I was reading something about the difference in tunica and have questions about that. I believe I am limited by that in some way because I don’t have a lot of excess skin. Is there anything I can do to help gains when dealing with that?

My main goal is to increase girth. My current goal is 7.5 NBPEL and 5.5 EG.

I’d suggest putting the extender away for three months and doing a newbie routine of manual exercises.

Don’t get hung up on theory (“difference in tunica” etc). Just do the exercises.

Use plenty of heat to warm up the tissues. This I think is very important.

Personally that was too much for me, so I did something closer to this:

NEW newbie + advanced routine

Be as consistent as you can, but don’t get too hung up on that. My first few months were haphazard as well, I still grew. Something tells me that some “haphazardness” may help keep the penis guessing and ready to grow.

I’m beginning to think those who do haphazard programs and can not stay at 50% ere ct during the PE process are the ones that grow the quickest. Because of the newness of PE. Stroking your pecker in a different direction than it is use to.

When you are fat and you start a cardio program you get your biggest and best results in the beginning. Same with the pecker. Although there are those who have delayed growth in the new programs not growing until the 2ND and third month.
