Hello every one so I am new here though iv been doing PE intermittently for a few years with mixed results. This unfortunate quest started when I was about sixteen when my first girl friend and I were having phone sex before I lost my virginity and she asked me “how big is it”? I confusingly responded “I don’t know”. It had never occurred to me to measure my dick so I did and told her its five and a half inch’s. Being the @#*&%$ that she was told me “well that’s kinda small, (ex-boy friend’s) dick was six and a half, so you might not pleasure me as well” I all ready hated that guy like an arch enemy so my little simple teen age ego was crushed like to pun in a cruel genetics joke. Now that I’m older I’m still hunted by this and have tried all kinds of things like pills,pumps, jelq routines, stretching ect. I restarted in November on a alleged “official” beginners routine from another forum that ended up hurting me. By the end of November I had shrank a inch and developed a flaccid glans during erections. After a month break I’m up to 5” NBPEL 5”girth and slowly getting the glans swelling again. I’m all most positive its vascular damage. I all so slowly started the DSMO/Iodine treatment to help healing and remove scaring from other older injures. My goal is to be 6x6 by summers end and to be back at my combat weight. But how is it a man that is taller and broader than most, sporting a big hairy chest and arms and a grizzly beard end up with a small dick, not funny. But any ways once I stop seeing improvements with R/R and DSMO/Iodine I’m gonna start back up with some thing extra light for the first month and go from there. I do need to quiet smocking or get a vape pen. My diet has been great, iv lost forty or so pounds in two months just by changing my diet and no additional exercising which I need to start doing. Can you guys point me to any of the must read threads? Like iv said I have tried a lot of different things with no real gains at this point I have to except that I can’t just play with my pecker and expect to get any were. I genuinely believe in this PE stuff to a degree. I all so believe for it to work there needs to be a full life style change. Like I said my short term goal is 6x6, long term is any thing bigger up to and including Pringle can status. (Which will never happen but I can still dream)
