First Timer - Am I doing this right?

Hey all,
Just started with PE and am looking to increase length.

Here’s what I’m doing:
- Hang with 3.5lb weights for 15 mins 2x daily
- Light pumping for 5 mins 2x daily
- ADS 4-6 hours

My question, am I doing enough to see length gains?

Appreciate any feedback
