Fowfers instead of Manual Stretching

I was just wondering if anyone has done fowfers as a means of stretching primarily rather that doing manual stretches in all 5 directions? Furthermore, have you had good progress in doing so? It seems to me that I get more of a stretch when I do fowfers so, with that being the case, I would rather do 10 minutes of fowfers after I warm up rather than manual stretches.

I can only imagine fowfers will be more effective after manual stretching than purely instead of it or as a primary method.

Once your penis has got used to the amount of stretch force provided by a fowfer, there would be no need for it to adapt further. Using the fowfer as a method of keeping some elongation between manual stretching sessions should work better.

Fowfers don’t apply the same pressure to the ligs and CC as stretching, and that is what makes you grow. What you feel while fowfering is mostly skin stretching.

So. It doesn’t sound like they’re worthwhile doing if that’s the case. No one (I would think) would want to strech skin. Doin so would induce having more “loose skin” that gets in the way of jelqing. Right?

I use them as a form of ADS; keeping everything stretched out during rebuilding.

Got you. What I’ve been doing lately is performing my session in the morning and doing a 20 minute fowfer session before I go to sleep.
