Good Routines

What are the good routines for PE?
I used to do it for half a year (maybe less) and gained around half inch in lenghts and half inch in thickness.(but I didn’t do much in a last 3-4 month due to personal problems) My program was mostly manual stretching 15 mins a session 3 times a week and a little bit jelqing and clamping(also 5-10 mins).
I find jelqing not very effective, and I kinda mix it with clamping so more blood will flow into the penis.
Ideally, I want to gain more girth, cause my cock is 5’ in a thickest place, but thinner at the base. Also, I want to have some lenght gains.
What I was thinking is:
Mon: 5 -8 mins manual stretching
10 minutes jelqing mixed with clamping (and I want to make or buy a cock ring)
Tue: 10-15 min of hanging and 5 mins of jelqing/clamping
Wed: rest
Thur: 5-8 mins manual stretching
10 minutes jelqing mixed with clamping (and I want to make or buy a cock ring)
Fr: 10-15 min of hanging and 5 mins of jelqing/clamping
Sat and sun rest
Also, I want to add around 5-10 min of manual stretching a day in the evening (cause my main work out is going to be in a morning)
And I probably would start hanging and heavier clamping only after 2 weeks, so I won’t over train. First, I’ll do manual stretching and a bit clamping so that my cock will used to the excersises.
Do you think it’s a good routine for mostly gaining thickness and some lenght? (Cause I also noticed that heavy clamping reduce the lenght Gaines a little bit or maybe not:) )
