Why not mix it up a little?
Some days stretch,jelq, and then stretch some more.
Other times do all your stretching first.
Although my routine is basically the same everyday,
I never do the exact same thing exactly.
I’ve definitely made some good gains the past 3 months but I wouldn’t attribute I
It to mixing it up. If anything it will just keep it from becoming boring.
Some days I only stretch
Some days I only jelq
Most days I do about 30 min stretching and about 300-400 jelqs but split into a morning and evening session
