Hanging and Painful Ligs
I would post this in the hanging forum but I don’t have enough post history yet. I’ve been trying to learn how to hang using the bib starter. I started with 2.5 lbs with 3 sets of 20 minutes. After about 3 consecutive days of doing this I started to have significant pain in my pelvis on the left side. After reading a comment from Bearded Dragon, it sounded like a swollen ligament from hanging. I took some time off all P.E until it felt better. I started up again yesterday doing just 2 sets. After practicing today I started to feel some of that sore feeling again, not nearly as bad as before but I don’t want it to get as bad as it was before. I also don’t want to quit hanging. 2.5lbs seems like such a low weight from reading the forums. Am I doing something wrong?
