Hey just had a question so how many angles and when should I start hitting them while hanging.

Right now I’m hanging between the cheeks for 6 sets of 20mins. And this is my third week with 3.5lbs

Just wondering when I should incorporate more angles like over the shoulder and the likes?

This is exactly something that I am looking into. Like how many angles you should hit and when. Did you ever get any insight into it?
