Have I been PE'ing too gently?

Have I been PE'ing too gently?

While I’ve only been doing PE for a couple of weeks, I’ve been wondering I have been going at it too gently.

After a session of my routine (newbie routine), it doesn’t really feel as though I’ve done anything at all. There’s no soreness, or that feeling you get after a gym workout. As far as PI’s go, I have noticed that my penis is no longer constantly turtled. I think that my EQ has slightly improved since I’ve started, and I’m still getting morning boners and random boners throughout the day.

My question is, what should it feel like when I stretch and after I stretch? Also how should it feel when I jelq and after? When I stretch, I stretch my penis to the point where I assume is far enough. Should I be stretching it to the point of slight discomfort? As for jelqing, how firm should I be jelqing?

My biggest fear is over training it and damaging something, which would suck. The only thing worse than having a 4.5 dick, would be having a 4.5 dick that doesn’t work.

First things first. Everyone experiences things differently. One person feeling “worked” afterwards is not going to be the proportional same amount of work for anyone else. And that sensation isn’t the same distance away from injury for everyone.

Some guys just don’t feel worked. I typically do not but on occasion. Which for me I’ll dial back my work if it happens too much.

If your EQ and erection frequency are improving stay with what you’re doing. Your dick is the thermometer of success.

Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

At least for me when I used to do stretches I used too much force and I felt my penis tired during the exercise. But it depends if you are starting now there is no need to do hard until you have at least 3 months doing it, then you can apply more force to the exercise.

started April 2017 BPEL 16,7cm x 13,3cm EG Last measurement BPEL 20 cm x 14,8 cm EG

My progress, thoughts and pictures

Rotated Penis? Unbalanced Ligaments? Lack of Gains through Manual Routine?

Interesting. So you actually lighten your routine once penis starts to feel worked out? I’d assumed that was a sign of a nice session. Maybe I need to stop trying to do a direct comparison between gym workouts and penis workouts.

I see you point. However am I still a bit curious as to *what* I should be feeling during a stretch, even if they are lighter stretches.

Training intensity

The penis is a very durable organ and it’s actually pretty difficult to cause an injury to it if you’re just hand stretching. As a newbie you’re going to have to use a little discretion, mild soreness is a good thing. When doing traditional hand stretches I recommend doing them as hard as you can tolerate. Don’t be alarmed if you feel a “pop” sensation on the topside base of your penis. It’s just a ligament pop, similar to cracking the knuckles on your hand.

There is a balance to it. Keeping it the same works. Lightening it works if you have a long routine and want to ft in more variety. Doubling down often is bad but in some cases, works when played well.

My experience says a worked feeling does not necessarily have to happen to gain. It can be helpful but chasing that one Physiological Indicator ignores others of equal importance.

Hey, as long as function is improving, you’re already winning! Periodic measurements will tell you if you’re growing with your current workout, just keep an eye on the PIs and you should be good for the time being. If you find you’re improving your EQ but not growing after a couple of months, then would be the time to look at bumping up the regimen if needed.

I’m relatively new myself and don’t really have enough history to give my own advice other than this basic stuff, but plenty of folks on here have shared their experience and wisdom. As best I can tell, it’s a marathon not a sprint, just keep at it and track your workout and any progress.

Best of luck!

Thanks. I think maybe I’ll up the intensity by like 5% or 10%. I won’t push too much as I’m just starting out and all of my PI’s seem to indicate that I’m on the right track.

Yeah, I think it also comes down to patience. I’ll keep at it and see where how things are after a few months as opposed to two weeks

Thanks. That makes sense, especially since all of my PI’s seem to be positive right now.
