Hello all, Newbie Veteran here.
Hello. I actually started this program years ago, and quit after 1 year with modest gains. I finally have a little time in between my demanding work schedule and have decided to come back. I can’t believe I valued my work over my dick during a time when I was seeing results. This time, I will work smarter and not harder. As a matter of fact, I am going at a slower pace and will learn all I can, never to over-exhaust myself.
I believe the most important things I have learned reading this forum, and correct me if I’m wrong.
1. Go slow, do not over-train. Patience is a virtue.
2. Listen to your penis and adapt accordingly. If your penis is signaling being tired, maybe wait until it is ready.
If your penis signals go ahead, (fullness during the day morning woods) etc. Than go for it.
3. Stretch at a downward angle, according to your “LOT”. Ligament stretching will lead to easier gains. This should be done until LOT is too low.
Guys, I’m excited because I did not follow through with these points before, esp the LOT theory. I always used to stretch straight ahead. It’s been one week thus far, and I’m just trying to regain what I had lost before. I believe I was at about 7 BP, 5 1/8 G. Now I am 6 1/2 to 6 3/4. 5G. My balls however, may be bigger for some reason. Don’t know why.
By the way, my potential is probably still at 7 or greater because I used to get these super hard erections that went straight up, but now they are just average.although they occur more frequently than ever in my life, especially at night. Scratches head.
Anyway, I just wanted to introduce myself, and will update you guys on my progress.
