Hello Hanging

I’m new here - I’ve done a bit of jelqing and that’s worked really great for me - brought my EQ up to pipe busting strength and got my size up from 6.2” to 7.25” BPEL (6.8 NBPEL). I want to try hanging next, I’ve read bib’s awesome history and I’ve just got all the bits to make the Captains wrench! (UK based so it was tricky to get the parts: £1.19 for the Velcro, and £8 for the clamp £1.00 for cohesive bandage for wrapping).
I’m thinking of starting with 1.0lbs on a all day thing (I work at home) to see how I react - is that wise? See how that goes and then ramp it up from there.
Also I’m curious about members who have had real gains from hanging - what kind of gains and how long? (Usual questions I guess)
