Hey ! First I have to apologize for my grammar , I’m from Norway so my english is not the best but I will give it a shot.

I’m pretty new to this PE stuff, read alot about it but never tried it much. I want to learn more and try it out as I’m not satisfied with my girth or length even if my girl says she’s happy with it ! I’m sure others have felt that they don’t ”fill her up” properly ..

So I’m pretty new to this stuff and excited to learn more and hopefully get satisfied in time. In the meantime I will read alot of threads here and gain some knowledge about PE , and you will be more than welcome to post some beginner tips :)

I will do some measuring and post it as soon as I get the time to do it this week !

Welcome to Thunders.

In addition to reading up on safety and technique, make sure you take your starting measurements so you have something to compare your progress with. Starting pictures are also a good idea because once you start gaining your visual perception of growt is very deceiving.

You should be aware that gains are not achieved quickly. Each guy responds differently to PE. Some guys do not show gains for up to six months or more. Accordingly, be prepared to be patient and be consistent.

I didnt have any tape measure or what it’s called , so I used like a ruler that carpenters use. I figured that one might be pretty correct ? So I took some piece of paper and measured up 15cm to measure my girth. I hope that will be kinda the right way to do it :)

These words ” BPEL, EGFL, FG , EWidth ,EV ” are unknown to me so I will use cm until I learn ( would be lovely if someone could post a link or explain and tell me my measurements in those words if you would be so kind ).

Anyway .. After a good 20mins trying to get my mate hard as rock , I measured him to be : 17.8cm L and 14.4cm G. I pressed the ruler hard against the bone so I hope at least the lenght is correct !
Flaccid state : 13cm L and 11.7cm G

I’m a bit chubby so if I lose some weight I’ll probably gain a small bit in lenght. My dream goal will be like 19,5-20cm L and approx. 16-17cm G , if that is possible ! But I will welcome every gain with a smile.

Quick question :

When doing PE , will I gain size both flaccid and erected or do I have to do PE when I’m flaccid and erected ?

Probably been asked alot but I can’t seem to find anything about it.

An increase in both should result from proper PE. If you notice a nice full hang lasting all day that’s a good sign you are using the right amount of force/time.

As for flaccid and ercet PE? At this point you need to avoid any type of fully erect PE, as your chances of injury will increase. Stretch when flaccid, then begin to jelq flaccid and keep erection under 60%. If you start to get too hard take a break and let erection subside. Also pay close attention to force applied when jelqing. Don’t choke the chicken if you know what I mean! Be sure to warm up. I use a washcloth wrapped around my unit under warm/hot running water. Good luck!

I’ve read the newbie routine , and I wonder .. Is it good for both girth and lenght ? As I want more length for my ego I also want a bit girth too.

I’ve read Bib’s history ( Bib’s history ) and at the end he mentions : milking , hanging and Uli#3. Tried to look some of it up but couldn’t find any threads that explained exactly what it is , if anyone got any links it would be much appreciated !
I also read that hanging is not something a newbie like me should do to start with , and I think I need to read more about it. But I’m curious about this ”milking” thing and Uli#3.

Came across this OK grip ? Palms down and palms up when jelqing , would be interested in reading more about that too. If I can read more in the newbies guide please tell me
