Help with newbie routine?
So I did the linear newbie routine pretty consistently for about a month, typically 3-4 times a week. I didn’t make any EG or EL gains so I’ve been a lot more on and off since then. What might I be doing wrong? I read the PI thread and I haven’t been getting any positive, neutral, or negative PI’s. Even after a 25 min session there is no noticeable difference in my flaccid hang, EQ, or anything else at all.
