3 months after trying JP90

I have better erection quality and longer flaccid length.

There isn’t an increase in erect length.

My routine is as follow:

5 min warm up

5 min stretch

10 min jelq

5 min warm down

Anyone out there can tell me what I should do now to gain length?

5 days a week?
I believe stretch time is too short, I have gained about half an inch and stick to 10 minutes at least. Probably you can start using a stretcher.

Just curious, how long do you think it will take to see length gains of half an inch if I follow my routine and add more stretches?

I agree with seekhung in regards to adding more stretch time. Slowly add time while paying attention to your EQ’s.

Not sure what you use for heat, but you could consider an IR heat lamp, I’ve been reading about how they work well with stretching / length campaigns.

As for when to expect length gains, everyone gains at a different pace due to an variety of factors.

Everyone is different, I see some guys start gaining during the first 3 months, others might take longer. Warming is a key factor

I’d highly recommend doing the complete newbie routine, you can add more stretches over time but the newbie is great for getting conditioned to PE. A heat lamp or warming pad is a huge plus, always warm up and cool down you will see better and safer results.

I completely agree with you, warming is key.
