ha ha ha, yes it’s not easy, but don’t despair it will come with practise.
Be sure that you STOP stimulation as well. So as soon as you feel the orgasm begin, STOP all stimulation. Do not touch the penis. Don’t do lots of kegels, just hold one long strong kegel for about 12 seconds. When learning I found I had to strain my whole body in order to clamp down with sufficient strength, you have to kegel ‘VERY’ hard, as hard as you possibly can!
Your PC muscle needs to be very strong in order to remain completely clamped through the involuntary pumping signals that orgasm is triggering. It sounds like your PC muscle is not strong enough yet.
You should not be able to feel your PC muscle pumping the semen out at all. If you can feel the pumping but it is slightly stifled or muffled that is not good enough. You are still ejaculating a little bit and it will likely be a retrograde ejaculation.
An easier way for you to discover what you need to do is to use your fingers instead of clamping with a kegel. Use your fingers to press down on the PC muscle very firmly. You press so firmly that the PC muscle cannot pump at all, there is no room for movement. Then you can more easily experience the orgasm without ejaculation and then you can see just how hard you have to squeeze the PC to stave off ejaculation completely. Using your fingers may take 2-3 attempts to master in itself, but it’s a hell of a lot easier to master than the kegelling technique.
Once you’ve mastered it by using your fingers, try using a kegel. You will have a much better idea of what you need to do.
