Holding Stretch
Hey guys, starting the newbie routine, did it before for about a week and quit Due to no real reason. This time commiting and on day 21, I have a question. Is it okay if I hold a full BTC stretch for 10 min? I feel a good pull and it doesn’t hurt? I’ve gained 1 cm in girth already (could be to EQ) and maybe a half a cm of length (not 100% sure on this).. My main focus is to gain length first. Just wondering if I should
Cut down on jelqing and increase stretching?
Also, sorry for all the questions. But after 3 months would it be okay to add an extender? Or would purchasing a TDP mineral lamp be more beneficial? (Would rather get one over the other due to financial reasons)
