I just looked at your thread and it seems very interesting. The sadsak slinky is something I’ve looked into and I guess tried to an extent. The O-bends are the ones I tried, quite similar to the sadsak I feel like, but more stationary I guess. Have you done the regular sadsak slinky or only the head exercise one? I would really like to add as much girth as I can, length would be very welcome but for now I’m mainly focused adding girth. I will try the overhand grip together with the pinch/clasping over the head and see if that makes a difference.
I saw in your thread that you did, maybe still are, doing 1-2 sessions a day, is that something that you think could be integrated in my routine for a better workout and results maybe? Would really appreciate your opinion on how I could modify my workouts. It is of course really hard for you to say what would be best for me but it’s always nice with an experienced person’s perspective on things. I’m on a 2 on 1 off schedule with the following workouts:
Day1:
warmup 15 minutes
50 jelqs
5 x 10 sec 440’s
50 jelqs

warm-down with heat and elastic penis ring for 15 minutes, and after leaving the ring on while flaccid for an hour or two.
Day2:
warmup 15 minutes
50 jelqs
10 minutes clamping
50 jelqs
10 minutes clamping
50 jelqs
30 minutes pumping, 3-6 inHg
warm-down with heat and elastic penis ring for 15 minutes, leaving it on for 1-2 hours.
