Heat your dick with a warm flannel, rice sock or IR lamp. Thats a hot wrap, its a warm up basically.

I reckon that a hot bath is the best route to take, this will heat up the surrounding areas aswell as your dick which obviously won’t be a bad thing. It allows the heat to target deep into your ligs.

It depends on your privacy level. If you have a lot of privacy and don’t need to do your PE in the shower, go to Walmart and get yourself an Infrared lamp. This heats your dick much deeper than any warm water would. It isn’t sloppy, and you can do you’re whole routine under it.

Is it ok to heat up with a desk lamp? It gets really warm around me when I have it on and figured I could and should use that because I usually dont warm up.

Ooh, I have never heard of that before but I guess it must be fairly common. Sometimes warmth can make people feel the need to urinate and it is possible to get out of that habit. Normally if things like that happen - your mind remembers it and sticks to it each time you do it. It is a matter of telling your mind that you won’t need to pee after you do a hot wrap, although that can be harder than it seems sometimes.

Slack, you have the right approach, but newbies tend to jelq too hard against the curve and make it worse - I was one of those untill I understood that softer is better as you don’t damage the main tissue and allow yourself heal safely.
