It may sound like a heavy routine, but I guess because it’s spread throughout the day, it doesn’t really feel that stressful. Also I have only added the clamping within the last week. Which according to others on here, you really shouldn’t start clamping or doing heavy girth work until after you’ve reached your length goal because it’s harder to stretch a thick unit. But I’m hoping that by integrating the clamping in between the ADS, I’ll be able to achieve both length and girth simultaneously.
I’m in my 5th week and although my next measurement is not until Friday, I did take an “unofficial” measurement this morning. So far I’ve gained about 1/2” in EL and about 1/8” EG. (Flaccid has also improved)
However, I suppose that some of that is due to what they call “newbie gains” and some of it may be due to better measurement technique. Regardless, I’m pretty excited.
