How do you wrap with pe weights?

How do you wrap with Pe weights?

I see everyone talking about how great these weights are.

Now they lay in front of me and I don’t really know what to do with them.

Do you wrap at the end?

Or first wrapping and then slip the weights over?

I am going to pratice with this, but maybe the expienced Pe weight owners can give me some tips/suggestions.

Well I am kind of new to having the PE weights on all day , But I powder the entire shaft and slide the weights on. Then I wrap the it a little below the head and use a velcro strap to hold the wrapping on.

I am not sure this is right or wrong but it works for me and I wear them about 10 to 12 hours a day. With weekends off.

I find the best way is to wrap with a cotton hankerchief, slip the weight on and then secure it with a strip of cohesive bandage.
