How does stretching effect erect length?

I have read alot on stretching but I would still like to know if stretching can help erect length? Thanks guys.

I thought so, but then a mod say in more than thread that it affects flaccid only. Either way I’m doing it anyway as part of the newb. Routine.

I always presumed it did. Perhaps I was wrong to do so. Hell of a question countdown.

I thought that newbie stretching effected the ligaments in the penis and more advanced ones targeted the tunica which then translated to longer length in both flaccid and erect states (in very very general terms, I know they can both effect change in ligs and tunica to higher or lesser degrees in different penises, and then there is their effect on girth and so on and on and on… see the entire history of threads on Thunders to get into that I guess:D ).

Maybe he was talking about “Fowfers”, which is an exercise that is most famous for the fantastic flaccid gains. Oh, and stretching really does effect erect length! There are plenty of members here who have gained a lot with a stretch-only routine!

In fact, I’m on a stretch-only routine at the moment.

Nice gains G want! How long does each stretch last for? I’m currently on 30 but I know you increase somewhat over time.

I started out on the newbie routine and went to a stretch only routine. I had modest gains.

Stretching leads to longer erect lengths.

Personally I believe that most of the very initial newbie gains come from that…our ligaments need loosening up. (other initial newbie gains because jelqing improves circulation, so your penis gets harder that before you did PE)

I will concur with G_want7 — conventional wisdom is that fowfers target flaccid rather than erect length, so that may be a source of confusion.

But there are many stretches other than fowfers, and as a newbie I bet those are the ones you know about —

Thank you Lord Harris! I know you’ll get there too!

I stretch for 2 minutes per direction and exercise, but I will probably increase 30 seconds at the end of the week (I’m on a 60 days non-stop routine, which I just called “The Countdown 60”).

Anyone hear of ‘hanging’?

What is it but long duration weighted stretching?

Stretching will effect erect length.

Bone Pressed Flaccid Stretch Length will indicate if your unit has gained actual length.

EL measurements merely indicate how well you’re incorporating any length gains into your erection.

Stretching most definitely increases erect length. As AndroNYC said, see hanging.

Hey andro whats up I agree that hanging should be the core of the work out and ADS during the day and at night the only thing I have found that I can wear while I sleep is monkeybars anti turtle sleeve to keep it in an extended state all night long, the thing works great worth every penny. If you get one you can keep extended 24/7.
