How many hours stretching for 1/2-inch growth?

So I have been using a penis extender/stretcher (cheap one bought online). It is made OK. It does the job. Each month I add .5cm to it to stretch harder/longer.

I use it for an average of 3 hours/day. How many hours total does it normally take in order to get a 1/2 inch length gain? 500,1000, 2000, 3000, 5000? I know everyone will have different results, but on average I am asking.
I have gained about 1/16 inches in length in 6 weeks. At this rate, I should get that 1/2 inch length gain in about 1 year using it the 3hrs/day that I am using it for.
I also do jelqing of 200 jelqs/day. I also do moderate penis pumping 4 times/ week too.

The title is a little ambitious, guess symbols are deactivated. Anyways, to get around half an inch with ADS you might want to add more daily time and it should take around 2 to 3 months. If you get plateu, you might want to try some light hanging.

I don’t think anyone will be able to answer this accurately. For instance, the hanging with FIRe method and if you read Kyrpa’s information, you might want to steer clear of randomly doing a bunch of stuff for hours on end because you may just be toughening up your dick. Hanging with FIRe is extremely effective at 1 hour/day 5 on 2 off. It doesn’t seem to be effective for people who have already toughened their dick though. Which seems to make people very angry to the point of trying to reveal the identity of one of the biggest gainers using that method (5x5^2). Hanging with FIRe netted me 3/4" length in the first month, so I highly recommend it if its not too late.

@nxanthis not enough info on your warm up, pump routine and rest information. At this moment it sounds like the stretcher/ADS is just keeping your jelq and pump growth going and it is not the ADS that is helping you grow more but just keeping it in state of growth.

The title is weird because I don’t believe you get much growth from your ADS routine, so the time of growth is hard to pinpoint, see some video on HINK on youtube and let us know how you came up with this routine you are on. I’ve been on this forum for about a year and have not heard of this routine for a newbie.

I don’t really have a learned routine. I apply the stretcher for an hour, take it off for a couple minutes, apply it again for an hour. I repeat that for about 3 hours. I jelq 200 times before starting this, plus a few jelqs in that 2 min time frame while it’s off. The pumping is just to get additional blood flow if I’m planning on having sex with my wife that night.

It is hard to tell what your expected growth is, you are more likely getting growth from Jelqing and Pump. It sounds like you are using the Pump more for EQ and Sex. Look into water pumping with a regular cylinder and gauge. If you do want to keep the routine you have, consider RED + NIR light for 30 min of that routine. You may find like others you can reduce the 3hr sessions you are doing with red light.

I read through and watched most of the videos on the Total Man shop site. Wow. He gives a boatload of information. My stretcher looks like the cheap one in one of his videos. His stretcher looks way better than mine. With my cheap one, I gotta use a cloth to prevent painful pinching, and a clamp to prevent it from pulling off at times. I have gotten 4hrs in each of the last 2 nights. I put it on before going to bed, wake up every 2 hrs to go pee and then re-apply. I do this twice, so 4 hours total. I am seriously thinking of getting The ultimate package for $125 from the Total Man.

I have tried hanging before (but it was too painful with the device I had so I stopped). I have also tried a vacuum stretcher, but it kept pulling off. I like the all day penis sleeves too.

Hey Nick - at 3 hours a day, I reckon you should be able to gain half an inch (possibly more) in about 6 months to a year. Good luck, my man! πŸ’ͺ

I hope so. Last night I did the stretcher for 7 hours. I have noticed too that my erections are more frequent & harder these last 2 months after doing this. Pretty exciting. BPEL was 7.5 at the start of this 2/22/24. 3/14/24 my BPEL was 7.5625

Thanks. I will check it out. Can I post pics of my member in my stretcher on this site? I use a cheap stretcher, but it does allow me to add .5cm which I do each month. In order to keep it on comfortablely, I use a thin cloth, and part of a thicker cloth sock near the head. I use a clamp just below the head, otherwise it has slipped out. If that explanation makes any sense. I have pics so yall can see what I am explaining, but not sure I can post them.

I also have been using a silicone sleeve after my stretching hours. Try to keep it on 4-8 hours/day. It keeps my member elongated. It seems to really help my flaccid length. Not sure if it helps erect length.

I am new to this, but I wonder if you should not stretch while sleeping. Normally people have several erections during sleep, and that is supposed to be important for penis health.

Also, you might want to read reviews of TotalMan. I may have it confused with another brand, but there was a popular brand that had a few negative reviews. Somebody here recommended the Hog Stretcher. I’ve been using some cheap stretchers I bought from LeLuv with many of the same problems that you are having.

Strongly against any kind of PE while sleeping. By the time your body wakes you from loss of circulation, trauma or injury it could be too late. And yes you may find one or two guys who say they successfully PE while sleeping, just like there are one or two people who smoke their entire lives and don’t get cancer, COPD, gum disease, heart disease, etc.

You only have one dick, take care of it.
