How much gain possible with newbie routine
Hi,
I started the newbie routine exactly as stated about 2 months ago, and have gained about .3 inches. I’m now at BPEL 7.65 x 5.5, and my goal is 9x6. Anywhere beyond that is optional for me. I’m wondering if I can get there by pure newbie routine, or if anyone else in this forum has just stuck with the newbie routine and see how far it took them? Do you think this goal is possible with the newbie routine, or at least manual exercises with no equipment?
I’m a westerner in China, and it might be hard to get pumps, hangers, etc, here, so I’m hoping just to stick with manual stretches and jelqing.
