How often should I measure

Hey everyone, I’ve just completed my first week of the newbie routine (6 sessions so far) and thinking about measuring for the first time since starting out. I’m not sure if I should wait a full month before my first post-PE measurements (and hence a bigger chance for a gain) or measure after each week (to more accurately measure my progress).

I figure that if I measure more often I will get a better idea of what is working for me and can alter my routine accordingly.. But then again I won’t see as much change this way and may become a bit discouraged.

Anyway, I was just wondering how often everyone else measures and what works best for newbies. Thanks.

(BTW, Can’t wait for my first gains!! :D )


8/14/05 ---> 11/18/05 -> Next goal

5.500" ------> 6.000" -----> 6.500" BPEL

3.938" ------> 4.125" -----> 4.500" EG

It’s up to you DaPenisMightier, but always measure after a couple of days of rest from PE, otherwise you will be measuring something like a yo-yo in flight.

I used to measure after every session, not to store the measurement but just to check that my routine was being as effective as I expected.

I hope you have good initial measurements!

I think most of the guys might say once a month. Every week can be good, but, the downside to that is if you don’t gain anything that week. You’ll get discouraged and want to quit. A happy medium might be every two weeks. That way if you need to change something in the routine (and I hope you are following the newbie one) you can make the necessary changes.

6/12/05 6.5 BPEL 5.125 EG 1 week! 6.875 x 5.375 UPDATE.. 7/28/05 OK, I would say I`m a SOLID 7.000 now!! Squeezing out 7.250 BPEL!! OH! Wait a second.. Now I`ve hit 7.375. New numbers!!! 12/7/05 7.625 BPEL!!!!!! Hang long, hang strong! Hey!! This shit works!!! :thumbs:

Hi DaPenisMightier,

I think you should not measure your penis too often, why? Because it might make you feel like you gain nothing or you gain just a tiny extra length or size from your hard PEing.

So, you know, once a month would be great. But it’s up to you, measure as much as you want :D

7 x 6 EG is perfect!

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)

See my sig? That’s the last time I measured. I think I’ll do it again on the Sep. 1st and then start a log of doing it on the first of every month.

Alright thanks guys, I think I’ll wait another 3 weeks or so until I measure so there’s a bigger chance of me seeing a gain

I was going to measure in a month, but my PM shipment has been delayed (note to anyone who is considering ordering one) for unspecified reasons. I’m now planning on measuring every two months, along with a change in routine.

Some days my erection looks harder and stronger than it does on other days.

I suppose there is alot of factors that would make this statement true. Such as how tired you are, amount of water you have drunk, temperature of the room.

When you say to yourself, “Wow look at that big S.O.B.” then that is the time to measure. When it looks big to you.:)

When you seem to find a solid .750 in a couple months, you CANT help but measure all the fucking time!!!

Some guys are lucky like that (IE - you ;) ) Some guys aren’t.

Yeah, I better watch how I talk about it.. I might hit the 1 inch mark, and that will be it!
I hope if I keep at my program, it will keep growing. From what I have read, it doesn’t happen that way. You just hit a wall at some point. I just hope my point isn’t till I hit the 8.0 BPEL mark. Well, I`m just .750 from it. I can taste it!! If I hit that, I wouldn’t give a shit if the gains are over. I would be grateful for it!
Then I work on the 6.000 EG. Then I will have found the Holy Grail!
BTW, I have seen some pretty impressive gainers around here. Your not doing too bad, yourself.

In the initial PE day I used to measure daily now the fascination has turned into routine, so once a month!
