1. Locating PC muscle:
a) Piss.
b) Stop piss flow.
c) Release piss flow.
You feel it? That muscle is the PC muscle.
d) Sit down on chair with or without erection, and tense same muscle.
2. Implementing exercise routine:
Once you become proficient at isolating the PC muscle, tense for around 10 minutes altogether daily. Varying tenses from two seconds each squeeze to ten minutes each squeeze. Build yourself up. Easy, eh?
To see whether you’re PC muscle is sufficiently trained to hold back a load, learn to edge. To edge masturbate normally till you’re about to cum (before what is termed the ‘point of no return’), and tense (like 1.B) for 10 seconds as hard as you can awaiting the urge to ejaculate to dissipate. If you can’t do that, keep a kegel routine going fastidiously until you can. Once you’ve mastered edging, relax with the kegel routine – just a few squeezes now and then will keep you tip-top.
