I retract the skin and grab directly behind the head, on that patch of skin that’s attached to the penis… body… bulk… inside part. People advise against it but that’s the only patch that’ll do it for me on account of my foreskin. I don’t see the reason why that would be dangerous and/or uncomfortable.
I just cannot grab farther away, even with a captain’s wench (wrapping the skin fixed, then squeezing it into the clamping mechanism and adding a cable clamp on top) my skin just allows for that frictionless sliding towards/over the glans.
