How to do manual stretch correct?

I don’t know about “much”, but it is noticeably better. A bad grip will still slip, but a good grip will hold longer & more easily.

Usually I PE at night after my shower & before bed, so my hands & penis aren’t too oily, but it still helps a bit. I put some under my arms just because, & a little on my penis after warming up. It’s becoming a ritual of some sort. The few times I PE’d before a shower & without powder I got slippage.

Yes, I wrap the toilet paper around my unit and grip it overhand an inch or so below the glans. I try to feel a pull in the ligaments and I keep the pressure points to the sides rather than the underside of my penis as much as I can.

I’m circumcised and grip right below the glans using my thumb and index finger. I have alot of extra skin which i push towards my body before tightening the grip. That way I’m stretching the meat of my cock and not the skin.

Gotcha. Yeah, I think I might invest in a pair of rubber gloves and try it out. It seems like the most practical and easy of all the choices, I just hope I will feel a difference for the better! Just one thing, you say you push back extra skin towards the base right to tighten your skin and get the least amount of skin stretch? Do you still put your grip on the penile skin or not? Because if I retract my foreskin completely there is a little area there just below the glans where there is no skin (where the foreskin rolls over). Because I heard someone say ”you should never grip the skin when doing manual stretching”.

That’s exactly what I do and where I grip it. There is no other option for me as I have so much excess skin (uncut also) that I cannot grab anywhere else without the skin simply sliding over the head frictionlessly which renders the entire exercise moot. It’s recommended to grip further proximally but some of us don’t have this option. I can also attest to the effectiveness of gloves (I sometimes use some weight lifting gloves). Good luck!

I might be the dumbest individual to ever hit Thundersplace but still I did not fully understood where exactly you take your grip and if you do it on your skin or not. I know that you have to retract the foreskin, but if I do that there is like 1 cm from the glans to the penis skin (area where you see no skin), is this area where I am supposed to grip? Because for some reason that seems more dangerous and uncomfortable. Because if I follow the general advice of 1 inch behind the head, then I must grab on the skin.

Are you retracting the foreskin, then you take your grip below the glans (on the skin) and then the skin will at max slide just under the glans and stay there? Or are you actually not gripping the shaft penis skin at all? Sorry to trouble you but I really want to get a hang of manual stretches!

I retract the skin and grab directly behind the head, on that patch of skin that’s attached to the penis… body… bulk… inside part. People advise against it but that’s the only patch that’ll do it for me on account of my foreskin. I don’t see the reason why that would be dangerous and/or uncomfortable.

I just cannot grab farther away, even with a captain’s wench (wrapping the skin fixed, then squeezing it into the clamping mechanism and adding a cable clamp on top) my skin just allows for that frictionless sliding towards/over the glans.

I hope that clarifies things

Helpful thread. I agree that some things you have to do quite a few times before understanding them and no amount of reading explanations can substitute for that. I had a similar experience to OP with stretches. Now I do them after a shower+bathmate combo and before jelqing routine.

That’s how I do it too.

firegoat is fully RETIRED from Thundersplace.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. The ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth. Basics.... firegoat roll How to use the Search button for best results

Like others have said, find the spot where you feel a actual pull/stretch down at the base.. Sometimes it helps to do small kegals as that will also cause you to feel the pulling feeling.. Once you feel that you stretching perfectly. I find stretches to be mainly good for warm ups/warm downs. For me if I do good few stretches warm up before jelqing I can clearly see the extra length from the stretching.. Jelqing that extra length is what you wanna be doing for permanent growth.

Diary of a huge one.
