I do flaccid kegels all the time. Actually, I’ve been doing them for so long that most of the time I’m not even aware that I am doing them. I am not sure what flaccid kegels accomplishes, except for strengthening the BC muscle. But, I do them anyway.

Of course, when you do kegels with a boner, you can see that you are doing something which is pumping more blood and again strengthening the BC muscle. I enjoy doing them both! :)

I have a question that came to my mind recently. I’ve read somewhere that kegel is felt behind balls with your finger but somebody (i guess it was westla) said that it’s not the puling up feeling. My experience is it feels a little bit like tightening between my legs and also a little bit of bulling the perineum to the body (but no higher). Hod doest it FEEL for You?

What is the method of kegel exercise to make my penis at max erection and so I can actually hold my ejaculation so I don’t cum and last long during sex?

I’d say a kegel felt just under the ball sack, (around the base of the penis and closer to the perineum) is a BC kegel, if its felt on the upper (dorsal) part of the base of the penis (or even more internally at the base), then it is a IC kegel, and if it is felt around the anus, it is a PC kegel.
