I search to find out how to do it but got no results. Can someone explain to me how to do it, and how long should I do it since I’m new to this.

Welcome Robert, from another Newbie (APR07).

It’s a bit complicated with all the diagrams, explanations, etc., but you know when you have a real stiff boner how you can flip your unit up and down? Or, maybe even hang a towel on it and jump it up and down? Well, those are the muscles that you use to do kegels. You have been doing it and didn’t know it! Have fun :)

Or for example when you’re pissing and you need to stop the piss for a moment, you use the PC muscle to do it. Try pissing and stopping, then again and again. It’s located between the balls and the anus.

Has anyone else noticed this muscle is already pretty strong? I tend to use it a lot when I sleep.

Also, I started doing kegels a couple of days ago and I was also amazed at how strong it appeared to be. It is strange that I had never even heard about this muscle until I came across PE!

When getting stronger can you make your unit stay UP? That is, I think I can hold it since I feel the BC still tense but if making my unit jump it goes back down and does not stay at the upward part of the flick. I am just trying to see if one keeps doing these if one can keep the penis up or if the weight is too much.

Also what is the benefit of this? Well let me explain. I have been clenching to hold back ejaculation. I pull out and can squeeze the muscle and only a few drops of semen come out. I can continue in a few seconds if not overly hot.

I am trying not to release any but for years have only been able to stop orgasm but still have a few drops which I was not sure common.

I have heard that a strong BC muscle prolongs sex. However what sets me off is my head. It does not seem to be controled from the BC. That is, if I pull out I can squeeze and not blow the load but when I go back the pleasure is too much as the head goes in that I am ready to pull out again in 30 seconds or less.
So while I can stop from loosing it, this pulling out is not consistant for the women.

For those who have a very strong BC, are you supposed to be able to have sex and just squeeze the BC and keep pumping? I have edged and can go for over an hour but it is just not the same. And oddly on some days and times I can have sex for a long time. For me it is in the morning and other times it just is someone my penis does not have the same sensitivity. I am not into drugs or delay creams and found the benzo condoms do not even numb me.

So if I just have not worked the BC enough then feedback and technique is helpful.

Ever since I was a little kid, I would wake up kind of humping the bed and tensing up my muscles down there. I thought this was pretty common.

Put your fingers on that area between the balls and asshole. You will feel those muscles contracting when you stop the piss flow. Stop the piss flow and voila, you have performed a kegel exercise.

When you kegel is your anus supposed to contract too?

I can not seem to not contract it at the same time as the bc muscle.

Contract both the bc/pc muscles t the same time do this while you are jacking off it makes for harder erections. Try to hold them both for few minutes to. Then you will be known as a tight end, or tight ass.heehheehheeh!
