Sorry I still don’t get it, also I don’t get the routine like 3x20 what does 3x20 means, like every other exercise I know how to perform expect this one

I am not an expert, but this is how I explain it. At first, when doing a kegel, you will probably be unable to separate the BC penis kegel and the PC anus kegel and you will feel the contractions of both at the same time. With some practice, you will eventually be able to separate the two and do only one at a time. Try this: Get a real boner on, and with it standing at attention, flip it up and down. You probably will only feel the BC working, (and why?) because you are not thinking of the kegel exercise, but only of the boner you have and that you are making it going up and down.

With regard to the 3x20, I think he means to do the BC penis kegel and hold it for 3 seconds, then repeat 20 times. If I am wrong, kingpole, please correct me.

I have been told that you can only do kegels in an erect state, however, I can do it (and have done it all my life or for as long as I can remember) in a flaccid state. I can make my dick jump up and down in the flaccid state. I do understand that doing it in a flaccid state does not cause the blood to flow like it does when erect. And it may be doing it and gaining nothing for my efforts. Westla90069, please correct me if I am wrong. I don’t want to lead anyone astray. All I can say is that I also enjoy doing it in a flaccid state! :)

You can absolutely do kegels in any state — erect or flaccid. When erect you can feel the “flex” more distinctly in your cock, but since the penis has no muscle fiber, you’re getting almost the same benefit flaccid or erect by contracting, and learning to control, the BC muscle that you kegel with.

Something to try when erect: focus your kegel so that you feel it swell the tip of your dick. With a little practice, you’ll find that you can sort of flex your cock, and direct more blood into the head, getting it all fat and shiny. When I’m solo sexing, I stop the stroking every minute or two and do several of these full-cock kegels, contracting my BC to try and make my dick as hard as I possibly can. I hold that for at least several seconds, relax, and do it again. I carefully jelq in between kegels to get more blood into the cock, and keep trying to get the unit as massive as I can, sometimes doing a squeeze around the base, relaxing, kegeling, and then squeezing again to make a nice big stiffy.

As far as penis has no muscle fibres, many people write about squeezing muscle around the base of penis. But as a base you consider the place behind the scrotum or the place where it inserts in to the pelvis? And tell me if it is rather pushing, pulling or what other kind of sensation? Matt, try this. Sit on the edge of a chair with a flaccid cock. Then contract the muscles of your cock - making it “retreat” or “shrink” into itself or your body. Do this a lot of times, just making it bounce. Then get a hard-on and try the same thing…bouncing your cock up and down.
