So if thats the case kegel does not require the use of any hand, it’s all about working with the bc muscle, so making my dick jump up and down consider a kegel, and what are other ways to perform a kegel?

As far as I know, that’s a kegel. No hands needed! I never knew it had a name before I came to TP. It’s just working and strengthening those muscles.

Yes, up or down, or in and out.

1) Check out the “PE Facts and Glossary”, then
2) Click on “Abbreviations”, then
3) Click on “BC”, then
4) Click on “Locating the BC Muscle.”
Check the 2nd paragraph, “the BC muscle is located in such a way that it is above and behind the penis, and it CONTRACTS up in to the pelvis.
Also, check paragraph 6, located after the 2 illustrations, “the BC muscle has two main purposes, etc…..

I hope this helps. Let me know how it comes out and if you find and do the Kegel.

Panos, I can “flex” this muscle so that my flaccid penis moves in and out. But I never considered using this muscle to masturbation.. It’s an interesting idea I must say. So far I see I was tensing my BC during intercourse to get stronger erection and to increase my pleasure. Also when I’m making love (and it takes me usually few hours) I use it to change the tension of my penis so my woman is stimulated in different ways. Very helpful.

But I’m not sure about “the BC muscle is located in such a way that it is above and behind the penis, and it CONTRACTS up in to the pelvis.” I just think I don’t feel it exactly this way (or it’s maybe just my imagination ;-)

The action that I know, the retracting/contracting in and out in a flaccid state, or in the case of an erect unit, the pumping or jumping up and down are the ones that I do. This I understood was using the “BC” muscle and a kegel. As soon as I have the chance I will review all the stuff. Thanks again.

About the PC I can help you a little. First of all it’s nothing really important for men to exercise because we have no vagina :D In woman PC plays a vital role in tightening it’s deeper part and also pulls the rectum up. In man it’s used only to stop your bowel movement and also it prevent your internal organs to fall down..

I was asking YOU about BC because at the perineal part those two muscles have the same attachment point. That’s why many people use this two muscles at the same time as they yet can’t isolate just the one.

PC pulls up Your anus and BC pulls in Your penis. This is the most significant difference between them :D

Every time I tried to look it up again, the phone would ring, or by UPS. I haven’t had time to read it again, but I think we are finally on the same track now.

In order to tell the difference, from now on I will just think “P”C for pussy, and “BC” for boy. It should have been “D”C for dick. :-k :D I have been doing it, as I said, for as long as I can remember but didn’t know it had a name until I came to TP. I learned long ago to separate the two and so I now only use the BC. Take care.

You got it kaan. I’ve done it all, with the candles, but I only meditate for 2-3/16 minutes. I had forgotten about the pentagram and the cat blood. I’ll add that after the next full moon on May 31st. What color candles do you use?

As I remember them in Istanbul years ago, meditation might be best if done in the quiet atmosphere of a Turkish bath. I would surely spend more time than 2-3/16 minutes on my meditations! And I could forgo the warm-ups and the cat blood could be hosed away quite easier! But, heck, we don’t have them here any longer! :mad:
