How to prevent turtling?

I just came from the gym, and every time after a workout my penis looks MICRO. It turtles so bad. I hate it.

Turtling also happens when i finish my PE routine (less turtling than when i come from the gym but still).

What i do when i finish my PE routine to not turtle is i stretch my penis very mildly, so it heals in an longer flaccid state, is that a bad thing?

Any tips about turtling? It’s annoying.

When any of those 2 situations don’t happen (gym or after pe routine) my flaccid looks pretty big in comparison.

I do between the between the cheek stretching sitting down on a heating bad.

30-min to an hour.
When I started I did 45 min straight. Had to do a few adjustments and heat adjustments.

What I’m saying is this changed the game for me and my turtling has been gone for 2 months now.

I forgot to add I had already been doing PE for a year and a half. I had become aware of sensations that only time and practice make you aware of
With that said I’m stuck on between the cheek stretch sitting on heating pad. It works

Once turtled always turtled.

I have endured too many years to mention as a congenital turtler. Unless overheated, my flaccid has always been turtled into a nub. Now that I have gained about an inch in length and girth, it still turtles Into a nub, though now a bigger nub. After spending several hours in my extender, within ten minutes after the session, it’s back into its usual nub status. After an extending session I Normally stretch it out and tuck it between my cheeks, yet it quickly returns back into its customary turtled state.

I have learned to live with it and my wife couldn’t care less about the size of my flaccid dick

My flaccid length used to be between 2 and 3” outside the fat pad. Now varies from 1” to actually recessed. This has become an issue with urination, as I have to push excess skin back until I can pull it out, and I need a firm enough grip to keep it out and aim it without pinching the urethra, which causes the stream to veer off in random directions. And if I’m sweaty or in a hurry I can lose my not-too-tight hold on it, which requires a mop and clean pants, and sometimes shoes and socks.

I’m still reading about others’ experiences before I decide which route I’m going to try. I’m past the point of caring what anyone who might see me thinks; I’m tired of the mop-and-laundry thing.

As a start. Start going commando. It made a difference for me.

I think PE is NOT only PE, This is a lesson to be patient and perseverance
