Does turtling impede PE and prevent any potential gain?

Is ACE bandage a must in PE?

I’m going to disagree.

1) No. Plently of people have gained without worrying about turtling, so to say turtling is detrimental to gains, is not true. It may help keep more of your potential gains in a shorter time period, however, that is opinion.

I think about 90% of people who have gained have done it without worrying about turtling.

My PE has eliminated my turtling. So you could turn your title around and say PE gains prevent turtling.

I have never used an ace bandage for PE.

Since I have been doing PE I don’t worry about that any more, my penis has become thick and heavy and it just hangs better.

I agree with slack. I did PE long before I found sites like these or had any guidance. Still made gains. Can’t speak on whether they affect the “speed” of gains; but they don’t prevent them to my knowledge/experience.
