I Am Fairly New To Consistent PE Need Recommendations

I have had alot of trouble consistently training until this year. I tried x4 extender but was unable to keep consistency due to life. Bought a Phallosan Forte in Feb mainly because I could wear it while at work. It really didn’t feel like the stretch was enough using the built in gauge so I started maxing the gauge out until I felt a decent stretch and it seemed to to work. Went from 6.1” BPEL to 6.5 BPEL in 4 months of 4-5 day a week 6-8 hour day use. I did add 2-4 day a week manual stretching, nothing special around April. I’m getting fatigued with the device now and want to take a break from it, but I don’t want to waste time. What type of PE should I dedicate my time to while taking a break from the phallosan? In the long run you will probably gain more if you take a longer decon break now. Let the tissue heal and get soft again. Then it’s easier to get into growing again.

The hardest part in PE, taking rest days and longer breaks.

Whats a “decon break”? I am interested in girth enhancement to. Should I start a girth routine and alternate between the two?

Length 1st girth 2nd is something that most say and I find it correct.
Decon= Decondition break of 3 weeks to 3 months.
