I Am Fairly New To Consistent PE Need Recommendations
I have had alot of trouble consistently training until this year. I tried x4 extender but was unable to keep consistency due to life. Bought a Phallosan Forte in Feb mainly because I could wear it while at work. It really didn’t feel like the stretch was enough using the built in gauge so I started maxing the gauge out until I felt a decent stretch and it seemed to to work. Went from 6.1” BPEL to 6.5 BPEL in 4 months of 4-5 day a week 6-8 hour day use. I did add 2-4 day a week manual stretching, nothing special around April. I’m getting fatigued with the device now and want to take a break from it, but I don’t want to waste time. What type of PE should I dedicate my time to while taking a break from the phallosan?
