I feel i need an off week.
I just feel like i might need an offweek, i’ve seen my first .2 in gain in like 5 months, all occuring this month. I’m afraid if i take a week off i might lose it, and i worked really hard :/. Is an off week a good idea? I just remember after the last low erection level jelq session, and this has happened before, at the end of it my penis wasn’t really “jelqing” as far or large as in the beginning of the workout and i was starting to feel that “worn out” feeling in my penis. Some people say this is when you should be exersizing to see the best gains and others say the opposite. This is my third day off, I seem to be hanging decently surprisingly, but not what i usually do during workout days. I’m open to any ideas, opinions, or comments.
