I might have found the magic fix for premature ejaculation
I was going to post this in the Penis Enlargement forum but do not have enough posts.
I came up with this method to prevent PE. It is extremely simple and effective.
SUPER SHORT BACKGROUND: In eastern traditions it is commonly accepted that the body runs on life force (Qi/Chi/Prana). When focusing the mind on certain body parts, one can direct life force to different locations in the body, and also build up energy. Ejaculation is a result of built up life force. This ejaculation is faster if you focus on the body part involved, as you will draw energy into it.
THE METHOD:
What you must do is very simple. Do not focus on the nice sensations in your penis. Don’t focus on your penis or genital area at all. Use the following tactic to do so:
- Move your awareness into your whole body. Be aware of your entire body, except for your genitals. Do this by imagine that you listen through you entire skin.
Many of you with PE problems have probably heard of tricks like counting from 10 to 1, or thinking about something gross/unattractive to avoid PE..
Those methods may be helpful to some as they occupy the mind a bit.. However, some people still maintain focus on the genitals during the counting or thinking, eventually resulting in PE.
Often when I got PE very fast during intercourse it was because my awareness was 100% in my genitals from start to finish. One of the reasons is was that I thought of myself as a guy with PE. Therefore I naturally started to observe (and have awareness in) my genitals, to see how long I would last. I think this is one reasons guys that have PE often have hard times getting rid of it.
Now I know what the problem is, and my method is tackling the real issue 100%. I am very happy that I have discovered this and really hope that it’s of help to my brothers who struggle with PE.
One of the reasons I had to create this technique was because I never got 100% confident with muscle exercises. With my technique I don’t think about my pelvic floor muscles very much because I don’t even focus on that area. However, trying to keep my muscles relaxed is what I try to do. Don’t know if it matters much. One more thing on the whole “awareness bit”: Be creative and found the best place for you to place your awareness. It can for example be the tip of your nose, your tongue against your teeth or just whatever. These are places your should keep your focus on!
If there are any guys out there with severe PE problems, please try this technique and report back if it helps you or not.
