Hello,
Yesterday, I made other measures. I found a little more than the first time:
-30.4 ° C before
-40.6 ° C under hot shower
-38.3 ° C under IR
The difference may be due to a higher room temperature …
I did the following test :
I did a warm up under hot water, then I had an exposure to IR. In this case, the temperature stabilizes at 39.5 ° C. I deduced that IR heat some slower and, probably, a longer exposure would achieve nearly the same temperature.
I’ll do another test :
I usually do a cooldown at the end of my routine with cold water shower. I would like to know if using ice may have an interest. Indeed, the interest of cooldown is to decrease temperature below the deformation threshold. It is not obvious that very cold water is necessary for this result.
(even if I do not have a lot of gains, I should make some progress in English ;) )
