Hi guys

Was wondering how other people identify fatigue.

Been hanging for 6 months got to 12lbs, ligs got painful so dropped back down to 9lbs, now it feels more like skin stretch, ligs still feel a little achey but no pain.

Should I carry on with 9lbs for a few more weeks?

Hi man.

If you have some sort of intense pull like the one you would feel when a muscle/tendon is tightly stretched, that´s fatigue.
So you dont need to use more weight than the one you need to have that feeling in the penis shaft/ligaments.

If that´s achieved at 9 pound, stay there.

That is fatigue, you are doing right. In hanging when you reach fatigue, you feel the urge to drop the weight in order to continue doing the next sets comfortably.
