Hi, Kindly advise if the following exercise can give me “Girth Improvement”? As I am started it from two days:
1. 5 Min Warm up.
2. 10 Min to 15 Mins JELQ ( Warming up the dick during Jelq with hot wet cloth)
3. 15 Min Vacuum Pump
4. 40-50 Kegals
