I'm Incapable Of Manual Jelqing

I don’t know if I’m doing I’m doing them wrong or what (ok grip) but they’re just tideous and tiresome. I hate doing them. I actually use a VelSeal pump + Penilizer/Jelqgym. I got results but I seem to hit a plateau. I’m not going to give up but its frustrating. I’m very comfortable with devices. Manual jelqing really takes a toll on my wrists/fingers. I had the phallosan before (twice) but the gain seem temporary.

I don’t think jelqing will give you any significant gains anyway. It’s good for conditioning and restore blodflow after stretching, hanging etc.

No one knows if an exercise or a device will give him gains if he won t test it for months.( And the most important is if he is using the method correctly).
Jelqing is the no.1 manual exercise that has given big gains to most of its users.(Length or girth or both)
Tons of posts from members with gains 1-1,5 inches from jelqing alone.

That’s impossible to answer. But in my opinion you have better chances to gain with stretching, hanging, extending, pumping….than with jelqing.
