Importance of Exercise with PE

Importance of Exercise with PE

Is it important to be doing regular physical exercise while doing PE? I.e. Running, weight lifting, etc? I could see this increasing blood circulation and testosterone levels, but is this important? I know that it is something that I should be doing anyway, but right now I’m more concerned with my penis than the rest of my body. What does everyone think?

I’m a lazy fat slob and gained without ever doing anything more strenuous than jumping to conclusions.

Hi there!

Practicing sports is a real good stuff. PEing is also another real great stuff too :D
I don’t do any physical exercise to get some gains… I gain from only PEing.

Good luck!

PS : Westla, was that your picture? You look young though…But why you put your 15 years old picture? :D

Exercise is never wrong and it might contribute to PE but when you don’t exercise and start PE there is nothing wrong with that.

That pretty much sums it up.

Although if you’re overweight, exercise will help you lower your bf%, thus lowering your fatpad size and increasing NBPEL ;)

How to use the search button for best results. If you actually USE the search button, this is worth a read

I’ve read about strength training, and the way I understand it is that when you stress your body with about 70-90% weight load, the stress triggers growth hormones to be released within your body (which is why olympic lifters, and power lifters train heavy). I’m not sure if this is muscle specific, or if growth hormones are released in general throughout the body. If anything plays a factor in the relationship between PE and exercise, it would be this.

Exercise is good for you.

Aerobic exercise strengthens your heart and you entire cardio-pulmonary system; this will strengthen your erections.

Will you get faster gains? Maybe, maybe not. But by improving your over-all health you can’t go wrong.
