That’s good information, thanks. It also sounds like a well thought out way to start.
How did your unit respond? Any problems, like excessive short term fluid buildup, blisters, pain, etc? If not then you could try increasing some combination of duration, intensity, and/or frequency. Everything below assumes you didn’t have any significant problems with your routine.
At the end of each session did you feel at least a little sore, like you had been stretched out just a bit past a normal 100% erection?
If yes, then I would suggest increasing frequency. Cut back on rest days, and ideally go to two PE sessions a day. That could be as simple as breaking the jelqs into 50 before pumping, and a half day later doing the other 50.
If, on the other hand, you really never felt sore and really stretched out then you might have a strong dick. Of course that’s not what you want because it makes it more difficult to safely grow. Strong dicks need more intensity; they need to be stressed to get permanent gains. In that case I would recommend increasing the pump pressure (suction). Maybe stay at 20 minutes total and spend most of the time at 5, but add a higher suction for just 1 minute at the start and again at the middle. Maybe next week that peak pressure could be a 6, and the following week a 7, and so on until either your dick gets happy and starts growing or the opposite happens and it gets sad and starts complaining. If it starts gaining then stay at that pressure and keep doing that until the gains stop, then consider next steps. I would not go beyond 10 in-hg. And always pay attention to what your dick is telling you, and stop and rest if you need it. You don’t have a spare dick, so be careful.
