Increase to standard routine
I am in week 5 of my PE and I’ve increased my jelqing from 10 to 12 minutes. I am slowly trying to make it to the standard routine. I would like to be doing the standard routine by the end of 2 months. I’ve been doing 2 on, 1 off. Do you all think it’s time for me to increase to 3 on, 1 off? Can I keep the routine I’m on or do I need to decrease the stretches and jelqs I do on day 3?
What are horse squeezes? I read something about it and the poster said they were for veterans however, they are part of the standard routine and I want to start working them in.
Progress: Things I’ve noticed are a veiner penis, its longer in the flaccid state, it feels heavier, and my erections and orgasms seem more powerful (at least my orgasms do). Is that about standard?
